Once you have purchase I will send you an email with some questions about your character and we can move on from there. Turnaround for the illustration is one week for the sketch and another week for the final product (If more than one character is ordered the time is a little bit longer). Minor adjustments are included but major ones will be charged. Please make sure to include a valid email in your order so I can message you.
I do not issue refunds on digital products and time spent illustrating.
My hours are M-F 7:30 AM - 4PM EST I do not check emails after hours or on the weekends.
