Does NOT include lettering design or fonts, this is only for the illustration.

Once you have purchase this product I will send you an email with some additional questions, if needed, about your design and we can move on from there. Turnaround for the illustration sketch is one week and another two weeks for the final product (If more than one character is ordered or there is a lot of detail I need an additional week). Minor adjustments are included but major ones will be charged. Please make sure to include a valid email in your order so I can message you. 

I do not issue refunds on digital products and time spent illustrating. Refunds should not be needed since a lot of communication goes into setting up your design. This is set in place as a protection for myself. 

My hours are M-F 7:30 AM - 4PM EST I do not check emails after hours or on the weekends.
